To ensure this lock fits your door, please check the following measurements: the backset must be 2-3/8" or 2-3/4", the door thickness should be between 1-3/8" and 2-11/64", and the bore hole needs to be 2-1/8" in diameter. Is this a Wi-Fi-enabled smart lock? No, the U50 uses the Zigbee protocol, which offers higher security, faster response, better stability, and stonger extensibility than Wi-Fi, but requires a hub such as Aqara G2H Pro, G3, G410, G5 Pro, E1, M2, M3, M1S, or M1S Gen 2 to work. Why is my lock unable to pair or connect?
